Balance Muscat Ayurveda & Yoga Center
Q1. How was your business conceptualised & founded?
There was an old Ayurvedic clinic in Al Khuwair, Muscat which had shut down. I was a patient at this clinic years back and had healed a shoulder injury through their treatment protocols. I personally believe in the holistic healing process of Ayurveda as I have benefitted from the same. Hence decided to re start a wellness medical clinic in the same premises offering not only Ayurvedic treatments under a qualified & experienced doctor but also therapeutic yoga, nutrition & emotional wellness programs like sound mediation.
Q2. What is your business model and what sets you apart from the competitors?
Our business model is a service of wellness. Unique juxtaposition of ayurveda with yoga, nutrition & meditation programs aiming at both physical & emotional wellness.
Q3. What does success mean to you?
Healthy & happy customers in Muscat and a thriving positive team at Balance Muscat Ayurveda & Yoga Center.
Q4. How do you define & nurture customer relations?
Our aim is to understand our patients/clients needs, solve their problems and create customer delight. We are focused on establishing long term relationships, building an awareness about holistic health while creating customer loyalty.
Q5. What advice would you offer to new startups & entrepreneurs?
Patience! Starting a business requires tremendous patience. Also selecting the right team, the right people is extremely critical. Prior to venturing into the business, it is important to study the local scenarios/business dynamics and understand the rules & regulations pertaining to that industry especially in a market like Oman.
