Discount Reimbursement Policy

We assure all MUMAYIZAT card holders that in the event of a registered Trade Partner not accepting the MUMAYIZAT card and your purchase is transacted without availing the agreed discount – we will fully reimburse the discount amount to the card holders.

In case of a situation of non acceptance of the MUMAYIZAT card/discount, please fill-in this complaint form to avail the reimbursement of your discount value.

IMPORTANT:

The Complaint Must Be Lodged Within 3 Days.

Refund Will Be Processed Within 7 Days

Refunds will be transferred to the card holders account.

Refund Policy is subject to card holder adhering to the T&C.
